Courtesy Visit to Secretary General, MoW

The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) paid a courtesy visit to YBhg. Dato’ Seri Azman Ibrahim, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Works (MoW), at his office on the 5th floor of Block A, Kompleks Kerja Raya. The meeting served as a valuable platform for constructive discussions on various pressing issues related to engineering affairs, national infrastructure development, and policy advancements.

During the discussion, both parties explored opportunities for collaboration, with a particular focus on how IEM can leverage its vast expertise to provide advisory support and technical insights on key engineering and infrastructural matters. The dialogue also underscored the importance of strengthening partnerships between professional engineering bodies and government agencies to drive innovation, sustainability, and excellence in the nation’s engineering landscape.
